The Downtown Dallas Merchants Association is proud to present the 11th Annual City of Dallas Pickers Day (Yard Sale). The Pickers Day Sale will be Saturday April 7, 2017. Tents/pop-up type recommended (approximate size 10 x 10). Yard sale set up begins at 6:00am, you should be ready for business by 8am. The yard sale ends at 3pm. Street must be cleared by 4pm (No Exceptions). Booth space is $25 each, limit five per individual. Vendor Space goes pretty quickly. We have approximately 90 available, first come first serve.
Thanks to community participation, the City Yard sale is a great event every year. For our returning vendors thank you so much for your continued support. For our new vendors we are looking forward to working with you. If you wish to participate, please secure your booth(s) as soon as possible. They go fast! You may pay online for your booth(s) through the contact form below, you may also download a PDF application which you can deliver in person.

In the event of rain, we will request a makeup day from the City of Dallas. All paid entries will be notified of the rescheduled date.
Upon dropping off your payment you will be issued a receipt to redeem your booth or booths at the event. Online payment will provide you with an email receipt. Please make checks payable to the Downtown Dallas Merchants Association.
